Library

St Patrick's Primary School library contains an extensive collection of texts available to borrow, including home readers, picture books, novels and non-fiction texts on a wide variety of subjects.

Our school librarian supports student borrowing on Thursdays, assists class teachers in selecting books for class lessons and also teaches our students skills related to reading and cataloguing books.

New texts are regularly purchased to add to the library collection as part of our annual school library budget.

We also provide students and their families with the opportunity to purchase books through the Scholastic Book Club, which is offered through a catalogue at regular intervals throughout the year, as well as through an annual Book Fair.
